You know you’re ready to build a home, so let’s get started! This is going to be good!

1- Let’s meet!

This initial meeting allows us to get familiar with where you’re at in the process and what you are wanting. We can meet at our office or at your property.

2- We collect the bids

After your plans are finalized we will get estimate bids from our subcontractors. When we have all of the bids we will meet at our office to present it to you and discuss adjustments to help fit your budget.

3- Pick a contractor!

If you choose us as your general contractor, you will sign a contract and then we start scheduling. At this time you will make a deposit that goes toward the cost of the build.

4- Project gets started

We email weekly project updates with an outline of what’s happening, what’s coming up and a look at the budget. Honestly, we communicate quite often! Never hesitate to call or message us- we want to put your mind at ease.

5- Finishing touches

When the finishing touches are on and the house is clean, we have our final walkthrough to discuss any last-minute items. We try our very best to meet your move-in date goal!

6- Move in and beyond

We don’t wave goodbye when we hand you the keys! We can come by anytime you need something, but we always check back in at 6 months and 1 year.
