A home for special moments and gatherings

Starting your home design from scratch can be daunting, but doing so will allow you to build a home that functions with your family’s lifestyle, patterns, and create a way to intentionally use each space. This family wanted to design a home for entertaining and creating memories in every season. Indoor and outdoor living spaces, a wide open floor plan on the main level and in the basement were intentional for creating special moments and gatherings.

Stunning home design

Stunning design, interior and exterior, wrap this home with bright and lush color. When you enter the home, it is visually breathtaking. Immediately your eyes are draw to the fixtures and finishing touches that are a fine jewelry on the interior. The homeowners did not miss a detail that added elegance to each room, right down to every cabinet pull and door latch.

In the main living area large windows on both sides of the room provide visual symmetry and breathtaking views, in addition to the flood of natural light. The kitchen is something professional chefs would swoon over! It is designed with modern white cabinetry accented in gold tones, white quartz countertops, and large, bold light fixtures.

Home design for your family pet

In addition to designing this home for the humans in their family, they also implemented pet-friendly accents! Off of the kitchen we installed a doggy gate that retracts into the wall similar to a pocket door. In garage to house entryway they imbedded a doggy door hidden inside a large cabinet (with enough space for a pet bed) that is part of the  floor to ceiling cabinets! And the finished dog wash area is tiled and a raised wash tub area to create ease for the owner and pets to wash up. These features fall right in line with the design aesthetic of the home.

Is this a spa?

Step into the master suite and you are taken away to a luxurious spa! The marble, white, and gold accents are dreamy touches to the bright space. An oversized soaking tub sits below a large window. The powder vanity area has an abundance of lighting and oversized mirrors.

Outdoor living space

Outside you can find a perfect setting for a party. The family has a large covered patio that opens up to the pool area and also large glass doors to allow an easy flow of guests inside or out. One of our favorite features is the junction of the inside to outside bar top divided by a window that can easily slide open and allow for serving and conversing! Outside bar seating allows guests in wet bathing suits to have items passed through the window area without tracking into the home. Outdoor living spaces are an opportunity to create gatherings with friends and family, memories, laughter, and good conversation. This outdoor entertainment area is definitely a place we could enjoy!
