A new home in historic Old West Lawrence
The historic neighborhood of Old West Lawrence is a sought-after area for real estate! It’s a quaint neighborhood with brick sidewalks, gorgeous old homes, tall trees and friendly neighbors. Buying this open lot and creating a home to fit in with the neighborhood wasn’t an easy feat but it was a creative challenge we enjoyed, and we think the homeowners are loving the end result!

Our clients chose classic features to brighten each space. Using a combination of natural tones and neutral shades provide the new home with a timeless beauty. In the kitchen they went with a textured tile, mild in color, to bring a warmth into the space.
We finished off the upstairs adding more space for living areas, storage, and sleeping space! The two decks on the home provide an expansive space for outdoor living and entertainment.
Possibly our favorite feature in the home is how they designed built-in cubbies in the hallway passing from the house to the garage. This will allow the walkway to stay clear of clutter with easy places to store bags, shoes, and coats.
